Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours before the pickup time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Comprehensive insurance covers damage to the vehicle. When the driver is found responsible for the accident, the deductible stipulated in the contract remains their responsibility. However, if the driver is not responsible for the accident, no deductible will be charged, and the repairs are covered by the insurance according to the terms of the contract.
We offer a 1-hour grace period. After that, you'll be charged for an additional day if the car is returned more than 1 hour late. Please contact us if you need to extend your rental period.
